We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pole Barn Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building pole barns and barndominiums from the ground up and be well-versed in all phases of construction, including framing, metal siding, roofing, and finishing. Sheet metal knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities: - Construct post-frame (pole) building from layout to completion - Set posts, frame walls, trusses, and roofing systems - Install metal siding and roofing, including cutting, fastening, and sealing - Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and material layouts - Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized job site - Ensure work is done in accordance with company standards and local building codes - Work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments - Collaborate with crew members and follow direction from foreman or project manager Requirements: - Proven experience in pole barn construction (2+ Year Preferred) - Strong knowledge of structural framing and sheet metal installation - Ability to use measuring tools and read construction plans - Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or lifts -Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking -Basic knowledge of job site safety procedures - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: -Experience operating skid steers, lifts, or other machinery -Carpentry or general construction background -OSHA certification Apply Today!
